60 Years of Company History at Jähde GmbH

The company was founded in 1966 by Werner Jähde under the name Jähde Gerätebau.
In the early years, the focus was on transformer equipment. This included the installation, maintenance, testing and repair of systems and devices that convert electrical voltage to a different level using transformers.

Alireza Zahedi joined the company in 1984 while studying mechanical engineering, initially as an intern and later, until 1993, as an employed member of staff. With his technical expertise and fresh ideas, he brought innovative impulses into the company’s day-to-day operations.

This phase was formative: the company gained valuable experience, took on new challenges and thereby laid the foundation for further development.

In 1993, we, the couple Farnaz Mir Hosseini and Alireza Zahedi, jointly took over the business.
With great perseverance, technical expertise and a strong sense of responsibility, we developed Jähde GmbH into a successful family business.

As engineers, we were both able to contribute valuable knowledge and new perspectives, which led to sustainable progress.

At the beginning of this phase, the nature of the work also changed. The focus shifted to metal processing and assembly.
We manufactured metal components and then assembled them into subassemblies or complete structures by cutting, forming, welding, drilling and bolting according to technical drawings.

From 2007 onwards, we gradually restructured our production.
Since then, our focus has been on industrial sheet metal processing using CNC machines.
With computer-controlled processes, we cut, bend and further process sheet metal with precision.

Ingo Kresse has been with us since 2014.
Having started as a metal construction technician, today’s certified industrial foreman stands out through a leadership style that motivates and through a way of working together that our team can rely on.

Five years later, Jan Fay also became part of Jähde GmbH.
The industrial management assistant quickly grew into his role and has long since become an indispensable part of our team.

We are a family business with modern production facilities and maximum commitment. Our focus is on precise CNC sheet metal processing and complex assemblies. We are particularly strong when we are involved early and develop solutions together with our customers that prove themselves in practice.

We act quickly, reliably and efficiently because we take responsibility as a team.
Our multicultural workforce is a genuine strength. We are grateful for the trust of our customers and proud of what we achieve together every day.

Since 2025, Jähde GmbH has been managed by Farnaz Mir Hosseini and Ingo Kresse.
Jan Fay is an authorized signatory.

Since 1993, we have expanded our production facility in several construction phases and comprehensively modernized our operational infrastructure. The expansion was carried out in stages using different construction methods.

In 2021, the BLECH tower was added to house a modern, automated sheet metal storage system. This allowed us to significantly increase our storage capacity and further optimize internal workflows.
